New Injury Policy

In the future, I would like to keep people active in the gym even if they have a limb injury.   For example, if you have an injured knee, I can provide workouts that involve pull-ups, dips, v-ups, sit-ups, etc.   Being totally inactive during an injury is the worst thing to do.
