WOD (ten rounds for time)
100 meter
1 over the wall
1 rope climb (scalle 3 climbs from floor)
1 pull-up (scale 5 jump pull-ups)
1 hand stand push-up (scale 5 on the box)

We will do this again.  Everyone should have the goal of getting Rx on this one.
