2/6 WOD

WOD (3 rounds for time)
pull-ups  (21-15-9) double reps for jump pull-ups
200 meter with   med. ball (20/13 lb) - 5 burpees if you drop ball
sit-ups   12-15-9

This one is hard if you do all the pull-ups.  Easy if you do just jump pull-ups for 21-15-9.   That is why we doubled the reps on jump pull-ups.
