2/22 WOD (1/2 BW to Failure)

WOD (Increase 10 lbs ea. round until failure on shoulder to overhead. Record # of rounds and reps of failure round)

5 deadlift (1/2 body weight/  3/8 BW)
5 shoulder to overhead (1/2 BW/  3/8 BW)
1   Rope climb ( any scaled climb is Rx)

If you can not complete one round  => penalty = (1/2 BW - actual )*2
