WOD (9 rounds for time)

15 undulation/ tire slams/ sumo DL high pull (65/45 lbs) (alternate these three during rounds)
10 squats (butt to tire)
5 chest to bar(Rx)/ 7 pull-ups(scale)/ 10 jump pull-ups(scale)(7 jump pull-ups with chest to bar is Rx for ladies)
