2/11 WOD

WOD (6 cycles- count total reps)
45 sec each with 15 sec rest between excercises and then 60 sec rest between cycles

1. jump rope
2. box jumps
3.  V-ups
4.  DB swings
5. DB swings with switch
6.  travel lunges
7.  push-ups

Next time, we will count 10 singles on the jump rope as 1 rep to make the excercises more balanced against reps.
