WOD  (7-6-5-4-3-2-1) for time
weighted pull-ups (20/13) use vest or packpack with med. ball. For Rx+ use belt and 35lb plate.
overhead squats  (95/65)  keep vest or pack on.

then  cash out 800  meter quad bike ride
