We issue WODs each day, but everyone should have two rest days during the week. Sunday and then plus one other day.
And remember, diet can be as important as exercise. Eat right. Low carbs - High protein - no sugar. Also, you may want to try and take fish oil pills. Fish oil is safe. There is a lot of info out that says it is a good natural anti-inflammatory source. i.e Good for your joints. Fish oil is the only supplement that I know CrossFit advocates.
