Here is another big one. 12 reps at 115 lbs for 18 mins. looks to be a back breaker. I might try the ladies weight and box to see if can even get good score on that. Just shows how much room there is for improvement. I think I will do this one Monday with a few others so that I can eat a cow over the weekend to prepare. BrianJ
