Strength
5 RM           5 dead lift and 5 cleans with (start 115/65 lbs) (20/10 lbs increments)

WOD (2 rounds for time)
100 M travel lunges with log/20 lb med ball on shoulder
15 clean and press (log/ med ball)
100 M run (log/med ball) over head
30 sec rest
