1/14 WOD (Ref. 11/14 WOD)

WOD (AMRAP 20 min.)

10 DB thrusters
10  tire flip, hop, and push-up (release)
10 ring dips/ 15 bench
10  box jumps (3 tire/ 2 tire)

Thanks for coming in Sat. for the open house.   The WOD was a hard one.   We had two visitors who burned through the WOD.   Congrats to them for facing a full WOD for the first time. 

I saw ring dips as the largest hurdle for the guys.   But many of the guys stepped up and flipped the big tires instead of the required small one.
