4/4 WOD



12.5 Open has thrusters and chest to bar pull-up.   We just did thrusters and pull-ups so this workout can be done tomorrow or Sat.

sumo dl high pulls (95/65)
bar facing burpees

Cash Out
30 to 50 box jumps  (30/24).  Try to GHAP (Go high as possible)
