3/5 WOD Jack Rabbit


We have two of these to flip when the temperature gets warm.  They are quite heavy.   Also 15 lb bumpers, kettle bells, and a hard box jump.   Nothing new just slightly different.

50 slammers
50 jump lunges
50 plank knees to shoulder
50 hammer swings
50 double unders
Rx = complete with good reps under 20 min.
