5/4 Sat. Buddy WOD

WOD
50 tire flip and hop through (buddy 1)
barbell held overhead (buddy 2)
run 200 meters after every 10 flips

One member holds barbell overhead while the other flips the tire.  Buddies run together for 200 meters.
