My lower back is really sore.  Mike and I made the mistake of taking our snatches too close to the floor.   Everyone made big improvements in their snatch form.  Hard not to when you do 90 of them.

  1. Round 1..noticed I grabbed the 22# wall ball. Round 2..felt the power snatches in upper arms. The Mass Impact kicked in and muscles wanted more by the end of the workout. Want to do 4 cycles in the future.
