WOD (Hero Taylor Gallant)
one mile with med ball (20/15)
60 burpee pull-ups (start here with 40 burpee pull-ups for lite version)
800 meter with med. ball
30 burpee pull-ups
400 meter with med. ball
15 burpee pull-ups
