6/4 WOD (Pyramid Pull-ups)

WOD (Pyramid Pull-ups)
Start with 5  pull-ups.
Increase by 5 each round until failure.  Then decrease by 5 back down to zero.
30 sec rest between rounds.  Record max.
For beginners, start with 1 pull-up and increment by one.

400 meter
15 OH (95/65) (65/45 = Rxlite)
