3/4 WOD

WOD
3  rope climbs 
80 wall ball
80 chest to bar (jump chest to bar = Rxlite)
80 one leg squats (40 = Rxlite)
80 one arm snatch (60/40)
3 rope climbs

The above is a modified competition workout.   Rope climbs added and reps reduced from 100 for other items.

Woo!  This one was grueling.   No did a full Rx.  One leg squats is the wall for all.  Every one did a good job of working on scaled reps.
