3/10 WOD 14.2

WOD
For those who missed Sat.
If you can not Rx then scale.     Use just a bar for over head squats and go for a min. of 3 sets.

This WOD is very hard.   We all need to improve on over head squats.  Over head squats indicate how good your regular squats are.   Don't be afraid.
