WOD  (AMRAP 10 min.)
Alternate between exercises with buddy at 1min. or at max holds
10 air squats at top of each min.

ring hold/ low plank
sumo high pull/ tire flip  (count reps here only)

then

fight rope (20 reps each)   (Alternate with buddy hammer swing and wall ball with each)
  wave
  explosions
  inners
  outers
  slammers
  back hand (10 ea. arm)
