Warm Up
20 air squats
1 min jump rope
10 burpees
400 meter

Work Out - 3 cycles of the below for time
10 sumo high pulls
20 wall balls
8 ring jumps
15   45 lb  military press

Outside
25 tire flips
2 laps tire drag

Actual workout time = 22 min.
